Not fit for purpose
I read all of the literature, all of the reviews, tips and tricks…. However, the outcome was a mouthguard pretty much unchanged from how I received it. I tried leaving it in for longer, having the water hotter… but no change. Unfortunately, this product went straight into the bin.

Really helped
I had some dental issues and didn't realise that I had been really grinding my teeth. Whilst this is not a perfect fit - an expensive one from the dentist would be the ultimate option - it does the job pretty well and I can sleep with it easily. I only wear the lower insert as I felt my mouth was "too full" and uncomfortable with both the upper and lower ones in, but its really helped my dental issue. In fact very much helped it.

Temporary solution to grinding teeth
I like the flexible fitting of these teeth retainers. Worked well with the foul problem. Looking forward to seeing the long-term benefits of using it.
