UV Protect Step 3 Causes Smears
You may want to skip the "UV protect liquid" step 3. For me, it just caused a smear effect over the nice job the polish does. I had to buy it again to fix it.

IT WORKS!!
I needed just one head light on a new to me car. The one side has a brand new one due to an accident. I hated not having them match. My husband used this on my car and it worked AMAZING! So good I just bought 2 more sets for my son's car and my husband's older lincoln!

Don’t buy this.
This was the worst sand paper I’ve ever used. Every piece, and there was only 6, came apart while I was using them. Yes they were wet but that’s how you’re supposed to do it. They only give you 2ea 800,1200, and 2000 grit. That is one for each side. Then they fall apart before you get done. Very cheap buy something else.

Easy to use, results are fantastic
I used this to clean up my mother-in-law's headlight lenses. The headlights weren't putting out great light for driving but the car was visible to other drivers. So - first 2 photos are start point. You can see the bulbs thru the haze. I wanted to use the included buffer head thingy, but I was waiting for the epoxy to dry... more on this later, but suffice it to say the head wasn't available.I started by using blue painting tape at to tape the areas at risk to the sandpaper, then went to hand sanding with the 800 sandpaper, kept it wet, and went over the lenses. The lenses became cloudier and more hazy.Undaunted, I moved to the 1200 grit (photo 3), then to 2000 grit (photo 4) is what I was looking at. Yes, I was looking at the lenses after the 2000 grit and freaking out (just a little). I was really hoping that the polish and sealer was going to clean thing up and save my bacon. After my little freak-out, the buffer head thingy epoxy was dry and the head was ready to go. I put it into my battery-powered drill, added the orange polishing head, slathered on the kit's polish, and went to work. After about 2 minutes - wow (photo 5). Lens now was better than the start point. Not great, but my bacon was safe. Then I went to the sealer liquid. Using the little white swabby pad, I wiped the sealer onto the lens. I kept thinking that it really wasn't as easy as it seemed, but it was. When I was done, I was amazed (photo 6). Safety tip - if you have any open skin on your hands, use caution with the sealer - it burns!I was done in about 45 minutes (including cutting the head off the bolt and mixing up the epoxy), so it dodn't take very long at all to get great results. So why only 4 stars?1. Fit and finish. Parts weren't matched and there seems to be a quality control problem. The kit includes a buffer head thingy. You are supposed to be able to screw one end of the included threaded thing into the buffer head, and the other end goes into your drill. Whelp, the threaded rod I had was actually a bolt... with the head attached. I probably could have used a ratchet wrench to spin the buffer head thingy, but that would have slowed me down. Instead, I cut off the head from the bolt - golden, right? Just screw the rod into the buffer thingy and... wait, the bolt is too small for the threads on the buffer thingy. I grabbed some epoxy and glued the threaded rod into the too-big threads in the buffer head thingy.2. Directions - font size. The print is wayyyy too small for normal humans. I shouldn't have to use my camera to be able to read the directions, especially when my hands are wet or slimy with polish.3. Directions - completeness. Everything was clear until the part about avoiding car washes for 24 hours. Rain wasn't mentioned. Can I get the newly sealed lights wet at all? We had some surprise rain showers while I had the car basking in the sun to dry the sealant, and they got wet. Jury is still out on how the rain affected the sealant. All in all, the results I achieved outweighed the stress I experienced dealing with bolts/rods, epoxy, and rain. I recommend this product, but be ready to improvise, overcome, and adapt.
