As a former SAP consultant and SAP customer for more than a decade, I can tell you migrating your ERP system is often under estimated task from not only technically perspective but also from organizational change management perspective. You need to have right tools, methodology and people to achieve the desired results and this wisdom is often difficult to find in one place. I think this book solves that problem very well. I really like the example driven approach with Best Practices and a must read for people in charge of migration projects as well as the people executing the actual migration.
