This is a great deal on 2 (TWO!) nylon first aid pouches. The first aid patch is only attached with hook-and-loop so you can remove it to use the pouch for something else. These pouches are large and hold more than you might expect, even with the dimensions in the description. Those measurements are accurate by my ruler. There is enough room to make this your full-blown trauma kit, a "boo-boo" kit for a school/club sports team, or a do-all first aid kit for a family. There are two straps to help keep the kit from accidentally blowing open if you overstuff it, one short strap with a hook-and-loop attachment to protect the zipper and one longer strap with a buckle adjustment to act as a compression strap for the whole kit. This is a logically built and useful pouch for all kinds of uses, even first aid.

These small bags hold a lot for the size. I wanted something in the car that could hold a few first aid essentials, but not take up a lot of space. This is well made and very sturdy. Lots of options with the velcro . There are inner pockets, zipped compartments, and velcro straps to keep items in place.

I've been looking for something like these for a while, and I was surprised that they were listed as two for little more than the price of a fancy cup of coffee. What is nice about these to my mind is that they are tear off pouches with a big velcro patch to the Molle attachment, letting you easily remove the whole pouch for quick access to emergency supplies. I didn't expect that feature for the price, but it is a welcome addition.I'll be adding supplies to these for trauma kits. So far I'm happy with this order.

These are nice sized bags that are well made. I expected them to be smaller but was pleasantly surprised at how big they are. I like that the bags offer several options for carrying them and that the internal pockets make it easy to organize so that critical items are easy to find.
