This is a powder!
I ordered this thinking they were bacon bits . Very tasty , useful for flavouring and sprinkling in sauces and on salads ,so I'm not sorry I made a mistake.

Truffley versatile
This seasoning powder is great, i ordered the truffle version which if you're a fan of truffle flavour but on somewhat of a budgetthis stuff is not a bad flavour enhancement option. Comes as 4 packs of 40g and can be used to add a delicious truffle flavour to pasta, sauces, soup, dips, roasted vegetables, etc. You really don't need nuch, about a teaspoon i would say as truffle can be quite strong and overpowering.I get around 10 servings per pack with each pack working out £3.75 (£15 for 4 pack at the time of review) which is a little on the expensive side but if like me you love truffle, this is a great alternative to the real thing and vegan too.

Excellent Vegan Dry Parmezan substitute
It used to be quite easy to get dried parmezan, the powdery, very long life shakers that massively pepped up your pasta dishes, and baked beans / hoops on toast. Then fresh parmesan became more and more available and the dried version disappeared. Vegan versions lagged behind a bit and dried versions took longer to go. I missed them, so convenient as a standby, very strong flavour, doesn't need to sit in the fridge going off. Well, I no longer have to miss out, this stuff is spot on. Good and salty and full of that natural umami parmesan brings, without actually needing dairy at all. BBE was 3 years away on purchase. Excellent job. Oh, I can see some thinking it's expensive - it isn't, a little goes along way, on two slices of beans on toast I scarcely use a gram of it, 2g if I'm going to town. This is 4x40g, so 80-160 meals worth for me, bargain!

I don’t know what i got!!
I feel like the reviews were luring me in to spend £15 on what seems like… tangy opposite of cheese! I know it’s personal preference but this does not taste like blue cheese AT all. Or cheese… it’s so tangy it’s almost spicey. Don’t do it!

Packs a cheesy punch. Very nice flavour
🔹INTRO & DESCRIPTION🔹When I saw this product I decided to give it a try, as I love anything cheesy. I am not a Vegan, although a vegan diet is something I am slowly aiming towards. However, some of the vegan products I have tried so far have been a little disappointing.Firstly this is a big packet, weighing 400g. It is resealable via a grip seal.🔹OPINION🔹&🔹CONCLUSION🔹As soon as I opened the pack, this product smelled wonderful. It is a really strong cheesy smell. I tasted a little on my finger and it is very flavoursome and tangy. My partner and I love to have Parmesan sprinkled over pasta dishes, so this is how I first tried it. Parmesan is quite expensive, and doesn’t seem to keep well, whereas this has a 36 month shelf life, and can be kept for 6 months after opening. The ad states that the 400g pack will provide for 200 dishes. At £18 per pack this works out at just 9 pence per serving, which sounds great in theory, but it’s so moreish I imagine you will end up using more than the stated amount. The texture is quite different to Parmesan, but the taste is very similar indeed. This has more of a powdery texture similar to a packaged cheese sauce mix.It was delicious on our spinach and ricotta ravioli with tomato, and it definitely packs a punch.I can imagine this being wonderful for a cheese sauce, or added to the dough to make cheesy scones – hmmm !In conclusion, I am very impressed with this plant based cheese, and I would certainly like to try other flavours in the range, particularly the Bacon’ish.

Great taste if you're craving a blue cheese hit.
OK, I'm not vegetarian. This review may mention meat (spoilers!), so I apologise in advance for that!I really didn't know what to expect from this product to be honest. You get a large resealable bag of cheesy powder through the post. In my case, blue cheese. I've been cutting down on dairy and red meats over the past couple of years, but I do really miss that lovely umami taste of blue cheeses (I'm salivating just thinking about it!).Essentially, you sprinkle this stuff into a sauce, seasoning or liquid of your choice (I've been using non-dairy milks for the most part) and it adds that blue cheese flavour you've been looking for. Honestly, it really does!So far, I've had it with pasta, on salads, in a dip and used it as a sauce for steak (which it was particularly good for). It's quite an outlay at £18.99, but it should last a good long while if stored correctly. Love it, and I'm interested in trying the other flavours now.
