What's not to love?
For the price and for one who is minimally hearing impaired, these saved me about $6,000 as to opposed to a purchase from the local hearing aid stores. What's not to love?

This thing is trash, first time you try to pull it out the little pull cord broke, the volume dial wobbles around absolutely no precision craftsmanship you can't hear anything above the static and roar of the device, i don't mean the whistle you get before you insert it good, I mean sounds like a old am radio static.

Was excited to receive this, but now very disappointed. no instructions on how to choose the right size ear plug. or insert the ear piece. All it does is whistle no matter the volume. I will be trying to return it.

Not worth the money
Doesn't work well, squeals in your ear. Turning the unit up and down is really difficult.
