Quality should be better... for the price, they tried
Temperature gauge is not exact, the heat plate (top one) is not secured despite fastening it as tight as possible making it paramount to ensure you focus on your surroundings so noone gets accidentally burnt. The heat resistance pad at the bottom is not stable (moves as you try to press the have to the t-shirt. I have not tested any other functions of the heat press (the cup/mug, hat, plate) so they could be fine. However for safety's sake, I didn't want to risk any further disappointment. It got the job done to an extent, but I have bought a cricut easypresss 3 as my main heat press. I will need to source a higher quality product. For the price, I am not surprised at some of it's short comings

Safety issues
Sadly, had fault issues, the press mechanism was sticking, so having trouble lifting up after printing, quite a dangerous fault as having t.shirts & paper underneath which can burn, the seller has offered a replacement or refund
