Effective and Simple Solution for Persistent Mouse Problems, Works Great!
For several weeks, we struggled with a persistent mouse problem in our home. In the past, we used different mouse traps but it seemed to have no impact. Despite our best efforts, we continued to find droppings and gnawed items. We began to worry that we were facing a serious infestation, and our usual methods weren't working.Desperate for a solution, we researched online and discovered the bucket mouse trap. Intrigued by its simplicity and effectiveness, we decided to give it a try. We picked up a 5 gallon bucket from Home Depot, but any other standard bucket would suffice. The trap allows for a humane catch and release method or a more permanent solution by adding water to the bucket, as mice can't swim. We filled the bucket about a third of the way with water so the mouse could not jump. To lure the mice, we spread peanut butter and sunflower seeds on the inside top and set up the ramp for easy access. The next morning, I was a bit apprehensive about checking the bucket. After avoiding it for a few hours, I finally gathered the courage to look. To my relief, a few mice were floating in the water. This made me more confident in its effectiveness. Within a few days, we had completely rid our house of mice, and it seemed like our problem was finally under control.I highly recommend these bucket traps for anyone dealing with a mouse issue. They are also effective for rats, making them versatile for use in homes, garages, or barns.

Does not disappoint! Worked in Minutes!
I had a rat infestation in my attic that I just recently found out when my brother went up there to grab some stuff for the fall season. I needed help instantly and it just arrived this morning. We set it up on top of a regular Lowes paint bucket and within an hour I would say we had 6 or 7 rats caught already which leaves maybe just a few more left to catch. It was super easy to setup and the bait placement station is sturdy and durable. This really just saved me from having to pay hundreds for an exterminator to come out. All you need is this and a bucket and your good to go. Thank you for saving me money!

You'll need to tweak it
We had to put a small weight on the trap door, so it didn't flip before mice was on it.

Say Goodbye to Mice with This Effective Trap - Worth Every Penny!
The Mouse Trap Bucket has been a good solution for my mouse problem. After spotting some mice in my garage, I decided to use this trap. The setup and assembly was simple, though I did enhance its effectiveness by adding a touch of peanut butter near the entrance. and the trap worked perfectly from then on. To ensure the mice could not escape, I filled the bucket about one third full of water. It's not only effective but also budget friendly and reusable making it a great investment for anyone dealing with mice. Highly effective and well worth the price!Tip: For a more lethal option, you can partially fill the bucket with water. This method ensures the mice cannot escape.

Safe, Convinient to Use and Easy To Assemble.
I am absoluely satisfied with purchase.Mousetrap is very easy to set up, it took me a few minutes. I prepared sunflower seeds and nuts as recommended in instruction to put into a mouse trap, plus some drops of vegetable oil. The mouse climbs the ladder toward the bait, it triggers the platform to fall forward and the mouse is trapped in the basket. Gloves were included in the order.Few hours later after installation the mousetrap in the outdoor storage one of the "naughty" creaters was inside the basket. No way to get out. It is up to you what you are going to do next, I just took the mouse and let her go to the woods. I am not fond of lethal ending. To my conclusion mousetrap is quite convenient to use indoors and outdoors.

A very unique idea that works!
A unique idea! First time I set it out, I caught 6 mice and took them for a road trip to let them out. Second time, I only caught one, but I was perplexed to see that there was more mouse poop in the bucket than one mouse could possibly produce. After the 3rd and 4th time, I realized that some were actually smart enough to jump out by jumping up under the wide part of the trap door. One can put an end to that by partly filling the bucket with water. By the way, six mice in a bucket really stink. Be prepared for that if you are going to take them on a road trip.
