At their peak the International Harvester Company was reputed to be the largest and most influential farm equipment manufacturer of the 20th century. These promotional and information films make up the third in a series of DVD programmes featuring agricultural machinery manufactured by International Harvester - a reminder of their heyday in which all things seemed possible. We start this volume with the ‘High Performers’, the name given to the 84 series of tractors. The 1460 Axial Flow combine harvester is featured with benefits like increased output, reduced working time and improved crop quality - it seemed they had a world beater on their hands! Two balers are examined, the early B46 and the ever popular 445.
