I’ve been a fan of Liquid I.V. for a while, and this Popsicle Firecracker flavor is one of my favorites. Living in a hot climate, staying hydrated is especially important during the summer, and these make it easy to drink more water throughout the day. The flavor is refreshing and tastes great without being overly sweet. It reminds me of the classic firecracker popsicles from childhood, making it a fun change from plain water. I typically drink one packet a day, and I’ve noticed it helps me stay hydrated, especially on hot days or when I’m spending time outdoors. The powder mixes well and is convenient to take on the go. Love this flavor. Liquid iv continues to be very effective at hydration and electrolyte replacement for people like me with connective tissue disorders that cause some dysautonomia. Easily dissolves in water. I prefer to mix it with 1L or More and it still tastes good. Love the portability and ease of the small Packets. Love the clean ingredient list. No side effects ex we feeling better. Love the options for so many flavors as I get tired of having the same Thing and need to mix it up.

These are a highly effective way to get hydrated. My wife enjoys these after her workouts, and the flavor is spot on. In all fairness, it is a little salty, but it's totally necessary to stay hydrated. Whe it comes to side effects, we haven't experienced any personally, but some people we've recommended these to have shared with us they had upset stomachs if they drink it without eating something.

These are great! Was advised by my cardiologist to ⬆️ fluid to raise my B/P as one of my AFib meds lowers my already low B/P & these help. Firecracker is my favorite, Tropical Fruit & Cherry are pretty good but not so much Watermelon as it seems a weak flavor, like you didn’t put enough in the water & I can even divide the others. Gonna fix some 750ml bottles for my daily gallon++ 💦 intake to have at the ready & pre-measured with & w/o these electrolytes. Have purchased these several times.

Love the flavor of this one and is perfect for on the go and portable. The powder makes it even easier to dissolve, however, the powder may be too fine as a fine mist will go up in the air when pouring into a container, so don’t get too close to it or you’ll end up with a nose full of it. Ingredients are awesome for workouts or outings on hot humid days outdoors. Mixes well as I don’t like the gritty sand-like texture at the bottom of my container like their competition will leave you. Effective in 10 minutes or less and works to replace all those electrolytes you lose when perspiring. This stuff isn’t cheap, but I prefer this one over their competitors as far as flavor and easy mixing

These hydration powder packets are excellent for staying properly hydrated during hot days or after intense workouts. You just dump a packet into your water bottle and it dissolves quickly with a simple shake. The flavor is very refreshing and it works incredibly fast to make you feel rehydrated and energized. It is super convenient to throw a few individual sticks into your bag when you are traveling or spending a long day outdoors.

This is hands-down the best flavor of Liquid IV. It tastes exactly like a melted rocket pop. Liquid IV got out family though Disney in the summer and it's a must-have for long beach days or any time we are active in the heat. It really helps that woozy too-much-heat feeling and revives you after sweating a lot.
