Great trampoline for the whole family
This trampoline is awesome, the quality is Great and customers service is fantastic. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Strait forward trampoline
This was mostly easy to assemble. Took reading the directions a couple times to understand some of the steps. The 10ft model seems smaller than you'd think but plenty big for the kids to jump on. The spring cover mat was tricky to tie on at first. Overall took about 3 hours to fully assemble and start jumping!

Cover for springs blow up with wind
Not happy with spring covers. It blows up and exposes the springs when it is windy. The pad don’t seem to get really hot in sun. This is a good thing.

Really awesome trampoline
We bought this trampoline in 16 feet. We really like it because it has a basketball hoop. Kids are loving it and using the trampoline everyday.

I bought this for my grandkids and they are in love with it! It’s well made, sturdy and fun! 2 poles arrived bent and they sent replacements right away, within 3 days it was all together and amazing!! Very pleased with my purchase!

Great trampoline for big kids!
We got the 16ft trampoline for our older kids and they love it! (14 & 10) It’s large enough for them and their friends. We ordered stakes to secure the trampoline to the ground and this prevents any movement. We had an issue with the mat and the net surround and the company quickly sent out replacements at no charge! Amazing service!

hours of play
We bought this for our 2yr old grandson and aduiltish kids to play on..... We had only 2 user issues and the seller was very quick to respond and resolve.... ours is the 14ft and now wishing we had gone bigger because its such a hit. This is our 1st ever trampoline. We live near the windy city and anchored to the ground, when tornados game through it did not budge

Poor quality
Although they advertise 1500 lbs, my two kids bottomed out while jumping. The entire thing shakes and wobbles whenever the kids are jumping. The safety netting is way too small as my teenager pops above it every jump. There isn't sufficient padding to cover the springs as it seems like just a tarp. The basketball hoop ends up being at about shoulder height and was so not worth it. Overall, it is just poor quality and not worth it.
