I feel like these have helped me after some short time of use.

A versatile supplement for health and wellness. I've been taking these capsules for a couple of months now and can't say I've had any negative effects. The directions call for 1 to 2 capsules daily, I only take 1 daily since I add other supplements to my diet. I've read several artricles on this and some are not too clear but I can say that I feel a bit of increased energy since taking these. So for anyone thinking about it I would suggest that you do some research to see if this is right for you. So far I feel that it's good for me.

Appears to be sourced, tested, manufactured, and distributed, by the same Washington state company (a wonderful region where mushrooms grow). Rare and generous. Clearly a cut above.
