Packaging aside, so far a most useful acquisition. Gives instant heat and has a quiet swivel operation should you need it. Keeps the chill off my open plan lounge/hallway using two of the three bars only. Concerns are for the carrying "handle" on the unit itself : it's a bit on the small side for me at least, the original packaging : the two units arrived simply taped to each other without any secondary protection, and be careful when using the the buttons when the unit is in use : they are close to the actual heat source!

One only lasted 4 weeks before it died and the other one of the bulbs has died so I don't think it will last much longer...not great quality and don't last!
