I am astounded at the quality of these shorts. I was a little sceptical as they were seemingly amazing value for money. They are amazing value! Tried them on as soon as they arrived and they felt a little ‘stiff’, but after a few minutes on the bike today, they settled down and were super comfy during my 2 hour ride. The only thing that might take a little getting used to is the frictionless way I can move on my saddle compared to my older shorts. No bad thing for me as I am a slightly fidgety rider anyway!I’ve not tried the leg pockets yet, but will do soon!I’m a bigger rider and built like a brick outhouse after years of swimming training. I bought the size to fit my waist size, 36”, and they fit perfectly. Very happy indeed

I usually go for FDX stuff in a small - being a 32 inch waits. I've only had their thermal and normal bibtights till now. When i saw they released cargo bibtights I had to get a pair - just so i could laugh at my Rapha friends to be honest.I bought them in my usually size small. I could barely get my leg through them. So i returned these - customers services were very fast to reply and very helpful in the process. I then ordered a medium. These fit fine. I found the elastic bit around the bottom of the shorts to be uncomfortably tight - but this loosens up after a few rides.These are slightly longer shorts than i'm used to.Chammy stays comfortable for a few hours, so good for most rides. Not so sure about ALL day rides, but otherwise all good.Pockets are truly epic.

As a newly converted road cyclist from MTB I knew I needed a much better padded pair of cycling shorts. I purchased these as they appeared good value and I have not been disappointed. My average ride length is 60-75 mins and I return from these rides with no pains in the derriere and this is the same the day after (ie: no delayed reactions).I like the small pocket/slit in the leg as this is useful to store a handkerchief to deal with the inevitable runny nose on my bike rides. I purchased the XL version and this copes well with a 36 inch waist. However I was surprised to find after the end of each ride markings on my shoulders as the straps do dig in a little as I'm 5ft 10ins so not exactly what I call an XL height. It doesn't really detract from the product but worth knowing.Overall a great entry version into the world of bib shorts.

After reading the comments around size and looking at the sizing charts, I considered myself a medium. WRONG. It was tight, i mean really tight. If you are thinking that you are borderline between 2 sizes, for sure go for the larger. So i exchanged for a large which was an easy process and Fdxsports were most helpful. The large fits nice and snug. Yes, maybe there could be more padding but compared to other bibs which come in at double the price, this is good value for money. Been on 2x 4+ hour cycles and I can't complain. Definitely is a good buy.

Beware this may be much smaller than it appears. My XXL is way tighter than expected. The quality is otherwise good. The leg straps prove awkward to 'stride in'.

I'm 5' 9" with 32" waist. Medium fits perfectly. Length is just right for me.

I’ve been buying cycling gear this last year, as I really got into it. It’s a steep learning curve.There is a lot of clothing available, some not so good some good.I’m normally a large, 34 waist 5’11” chunky cyclist.XL fits best in the bottoms with FDXThese are great shorts, good pad and that’s what varies with all cycling bottoms, these do have gel but as I’ve discovered, not necessarily the best thing to have. side pockets in the shorts which are handy, phone or gels fit in.What’s not so good?There is a lot of material in these shorts, first off the silicone grippers go to the knee tops, you can feel them under your knees might be too long for some. They come up quite high all around your body, good for cooler weather. But difficult to go to the loo. You have to drop the straps.Hairs poke through this Lycra, not a good look.Lastly, the pad does not come up too high at the front, there is not a lot of modesty for guys, calling at a cafe etc maybe embarrassing for some?I have bought a pair of premium make shorts costing many times these, all the above issues do not exist with those.I do believe you get what you pay for although these are good for what you pay, there are down sides, but give them a try you wouldn’t be dissatisfied, I’ve done thousands of miles in them. I did find for me about 40 miles is their limit.Update: so all of a sudden after a year, they are literally falling apart. First noticed a hole in the right hip, then next wash the whole pad is coming unstitched.Again you get what you pay for.Would I buy another pair?I might leave it a while and see how my more expensive shorts hold up. Buying a pair of these every year might be more expensive than an expensive pair every few years?

From 1st looks and ride out all good.. comfortable seat and quality feel..pockets handy extra.. fit is relaxed.. I normally have size medium and the medium was good fit..so for a bib short all day use just the job..

Lieferung erfolgt ohne Probleme und wie von Fdx erwartet super Qualität einziger Kritikpunkt das Sitzpolster ist nicht wie auf der Abbildung sondern einiges höher. Aber beider schwarz roten Bib ist es wie angegeben, sonst alles okay.
