Excellent
Does exactly what I hoped, stove top,oven, and grill. Cover's all the bases and is incredibly well built. Magnetic induction. Hot dogs on the gas stove perfect every time.

It works but the design isn't for me
Frankly, I don't like the design, but it's more me than the pan.It does work on an induction stove which is very nice.My one real gripe is that it doesn't sit flat.

I use this on a Blackstone Griddle and love it
Tired of cleaning a Blackstone Griddle, I bought this. Works great! Cleans up easy and that is key. Only thing to know is that you must run the Blackstone griddle a little bit hotter to accomdate the pan.

Grill griddle pan
This grill griddle pan measures 11 x 17 inches. It's well constructed and durable. It's Non stick and PFOA free. It has a durable granite surface that cleans easily. It cooks well no problem with sticking and gives that wonderful griddle taste. It looks good use after use. The condition of the surface stays strong. Makes great barbecue chicken every time.

Misleading
It says: "Compatible with All Stovetops". Uh, NOPE. I have a regular electric 4-burner range stovetop. This griddle is too short to make the distance between the front burner to the back burner. I assumed it would. I should have taken out a tape measure to see how the 17" length would fit. My mistake. But, when it said 'Compatible with All Stovetops' ... well, I trusted that it would work for my stovetop. I think they should give a warning: "please measure your two burners length from edge to edge". Anyway, the griddle looked like it was high quality. There was also no explanation about what that white thing was that the griddle was sitting on. I had no clue why what was being shown as the heat source. I still don't. The only clue might be that it's an 'induction' thing, whatever the H that is. Anyway, I've returned it unused after mulling it over for several days. I've decided it won't fill my needs. Darn.

This is a good grill but it's nothing special really. It's easy to clean and heat distribution is pretty good. Not much to say other than that. It's just average.

Works very well
I like how this item has 2 different texture. It is small and handy. Notstick is very nice. use at low heat setting.

Grill
I purchased this grill to make to use on stove top to make quesadillas and bacon for my kids. The cooking surface is big to have over two stove tops at same time. I cooked chicken, steak, and made scrambled eggs with out any stick to the pan. It cleans easily without much effort. Food came out amazingly delicious. I highly recommend this grill for others looking for similar items. I am very happy with the purchase.
