Ok… I was wrong
Initially slammed the product for lack of adhesion and had a couple of patches giving me this review.I totally put my hands up and admit I was wrong! Probably down to heat and sweat and not preparing area properly. NOW… happy to say these do work, they do stick and the heat sensation for hours is definitely a winner! Apologies again to the makers but genuinely really pleased!!!

Do not buy this product
I put these patches on my knees, as I have arthritis. After a few hours my skin began itching. I removed the patches and found it had stripped the skin from my knees and I am left with angry red rectangular patches exactly the size of the 'pain relief' patches I had put on my knees. I do not know when these large red marks will go - looks like no time soon! Do not buy this product!!!
