I ordered this 11x13 inch gazebo, and it was finally installed last week! I LOVE IT!! It looks wonderful in my backyard, and the dimensions are true to size. I have added lights and looking for the perfect rug to accentuate the area with my patio furniture. I would highly recommend this gazebo purchase!

I ordered this gazebo and hired a guy to come put it together for me. Halfway through the installation he informed me that several pieces were missing for the roof. He wrote down the pieces for me and went home. I contacted the seller. They seems apologetic and we're willing to send me the pieces through Fed Ex. I was notified they would arrive in a week coming from New Jersey. I live in Utah. A week came and went. I was then notified it would be another week. The following week came and I got a notification my package arrived and was signed for and was located in New Jersey. I contacted the seller and informed them the package was delivered to another state across the country. They apologized and told me they would send it again. Again I was told it would arrive in a week. A week came and went. I then was told it was delayed and would come the following week. On the day it was supposed to arrive it was delayed again and finally came the day after. I contacted my guy to come back and finish his installation. It took him several hours. He notified me that the company had sent him all the wrong prices and he ended up cutting the metal roof pieces down to modify them and maje them work. I ordered this in Aug and today is Nov 6. I was worried we would have to wait on the install because winter is almost here. The gazebo is finally up. It looks alright considering everything except the wood legs are triangle posts and not a solid 4x4 like I thought. It's also very soft. I'm not sure how long it will hold up. Especially with Utah winters. If I were to do it all over again, I'd go with a different company. They did respond in a timely manner, however, their packaging, delivery, and product was unsatifactory. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I was pretty bummed with this one.

Our backyard sits in full sun, so we had been searching for some time for gazebo that would provide us some shade and was within our minimal budget. We took a chance on this one, and I'm so glad we did.To start with the good, it looks lovely up and we have had no issues in any of the half dozen storms that have rolled through so far. The ventilated roof seems to help keep it cool instead of trapping heat. It's large enough to comfortably fit our furniture with enough room to spare so my kids can play in the shade. Overall, it dresses up nicely with some plants.For the cons, there was some small denting in multiple places in the corrugated metal for the roof (pictured). I've seen that complaint on numerous other products with the same type of roof, so I think it's fairly unavoidable. Once up, you don't really notice it unless you're looking for it. The larger pain, and the reason for only four stars, was in getting the x-like braces for the roof put up. They send you bolts to connect these which are entirely ineffective. We ended up breaking through the pre-drilled holes when we tried to lift the frame and had to improvise using our own washers and bolts. It was a small inconvenience, but definitely a design flaw that someone should have remedied.It took my husband and I around 6 hours total to put this together over the course of 3 days while also chasing two littles. Again, we love the shade it provides, the look of the finished product, and the price. Given the choice, we would certainly buy this again.

All parts fit together perfectly. All parts were properly numbered and packaged well. Instructions were well laid out and easy to follow. Two people are required for a couple steps. I ordered the 11x13 gazebo. One part was missing and one part was damaged but replacements were shipped quickly. I would definitely order this product again.

You'll regret it. At first, I chose this pergola because it looked nice and was affordable. However, it came with many missing parts, and it took me about five months to complete. I was so frustrated because they made me wait endlessly to resolve the issues

Started putting it up yesterday. First, the instructions need to be better illustrated. There is nothing stating how pieces should be facing. Also, around step 10 that whole process is backwards. We followed the instructions and the metal frame for the roof caved. We couldn’t understand why it would tell us to put all of the bars up without first attaching to the corners. There was no middle support. Need to really update those instructions.UPDATE: Got to enjoy the completed she shed for a short period of time. Then Hurricane Helene made a visit. This shed turned out to be my dream spot. A place away from stress and anxiety. She did well with typical weather in the mountains but was no match for 70 MPH winds and a giant oak tree. Still the best thing I have ever invested in for myself. She will be missed dearly. My heart was so broken when I heard her go down during the storm. RIP my personal she shed. You will be missed.

I like the product, I should have bought the same one with the side panels and the mosquito net. I would like to purchase the side panels/ curtains and the mosquito net, I would also need the slider hooks for this brand. I cannot find these items on Amazon. Is it possible to purchase these?
