This product is great for the money. The TPU case is easy to grip. The case is HEAVY but I don’t care it’s not gonna be light to strap a massive battery on your phone.One tip though is to only use regular “slow” chargers. The massive brick you charge your MacBook with will not charge this battery. Even though it will charge your phone in 30 minutes, this case will reject it and neither will charge.Most of the complaints I see in reviews are from people who didn’t notice it blinks twice as fast if it’s rejecting input from that charger. It’s a slow one second between blinks if it’s actually charging, and half that if you use a charger it doesn’t like.TLDR: use a regular charger, no fast chargers. This case is cheaper than anything else I’ve found. Only complaint is they don’t list the charger requirements in the item description.

It's sturdy, but has a major problem, at least for me.Normally I wait until the phone is about 75% discharged before I start using the external battery. But the button to turn the battery on is too easily pressed, so it turns on when I don't want it on. That's not what I want.Secondly, I can't seem to turn it off, once it's turned back on inadvertently. I could remove the phone from the case, and then put the case back on, but that increases the duty cycle on the case and means it might fail the connection more quickly. And besides, the battery is likely to turn back on like before.So, basically, it's somewhat useless to me.I won't be buying this brand again.

The case is really good quality comparing with previous cases I have ordered. My phone is well protected with it, HOWEVER the lighting iPhone connection is not unfortunately. The case went in easy for the first time, but I had to remove it to get the screen protector installed. When I tried to put the case back on, it was not that easy for some reason. The lighting iPhone connector look weird meaning not straight, maybe is the shape of it and I didn’t noticed, but the connector shows signs of the chrome paint with little bubbles and looks that the paint is pilling of. This is probably happening because when I charged the case, it may have overheated with the charge causing the chrome paint the little bubbles. After I tried for the third time to connect the case with my iPhone, it went in just fine. I didn’t take a picture of the connector unfortunately since I had already returned it and didn’t think about talking the picture. Maybe this case had a faulty connector, but I read some reviews, not sure if it was for this case where the connector broke inside of the iPhone and the customer needed to get a new phone. I don’t want face this horrible experience if happened to me.

This seller stood behind their product after it malfunctioned 7 months after purchase and politely responded to my message and quickly sent a replacement. So, that is a huge positive. I'm not even sure what the warranty is tbh.I'm not sure what is reasonable to expect in terms of longevity of a product like this (nor its warranty as mentioned), but 7 months is certainly less than my expectations. I did not abuse the case nor am I clumsy person and my drops are minimal. That said, if there are not several complaints about the unit dying early, it seems to be a safe enough bet to buy since the seller is legit.

my husband never keeps his phone charged, so I got this case to prevent his phone from dying while he is at work. He absolutely loves it because he gives him a second chance whenever he’s on the job and not next to a charger. When he charges his actual phone, the case charges as well or sometimes he takes the case off so he can have his phone on him while the case charges. Great quality it is a little bulky, but that’s understandable & don’t change the weight all that much.

Switch in rear 3 months later has lost it’s stiffness and is often pressed not knowing it. Power port has become sloppy and charging cords will not stay in. Baterry life us fantastic so is the phone potection it provides. The two issues are major and now makes it totally usesless just only 90 days.
