The media could not be loaded. This is a warmish ash colour rather than a cool grey. It has a very lightly textured finish which helps give it a reasonable wood look. The darker stripes down it give a shadow effect which gives the look of wood slat panelling.The backing has a grid pattern which helps when cutting straight lines. When I unrolled the paper there was some wrinkling but if you apply slowly and carefully, using a squeegee or smoothing tool, you get a smooth finish. The linear design makes it pretty easy to install but a plumb line should still be used if hanging vertically to get a perfect result.The backing paper peels off really easily and the back of the paper has a tacky finish which is fine on smooth, prepared surfaces but I would prefer stronger adhesion as I'm not sure how long it will stay in place. It's okay value for money but it would be better value if the paper was a little thicker and had stronger adhesion.

I've used several self adhesive wallpapers and this one is the worst .. I applied it correctly and it keeps peeling off the wall .. I have had to use wallpaper paste to patch it up in places there was also a white mark on the paper so I've had to disguard a big chunk of it .. and because it comes in a roll the paper at the end of the roll is all creased and I cannot get the creases out so again I've lost a large chunk of the paper and therefore I don't have enough to cover the very small space it's ment for

Review for HODE Wood Panel Effect Self adhesive vinyl:This vinyl looks and feels good quality.It is on the thin side, but I found this worked well for me. Covering the side of a cabinet nice and smoothly. Although thin, it did not rip or tear. I was able to cut the vinyl easily, with a sharp craft knife and a metal ruler.There is only 3 metres on this roll, which will be fine for an accent to areas, but you would need to purchase more, should you want to cover a large area.

This is not grey it is more of a brown colour

A good adhesive paper that would be perfect for a feature wall and much easier than doing panelling. This is easy to use and sticks well to clean surfaces.Love the effect that this gives. It is a good price for 3 metres but could have been a bit wider. Hope this helps…..

Covers a multitude of sins on old furniture but it is a little thin

This is perfect, has a good adhesion and was easy to install to, looks great The length was long to so I didn't run out for what I needed it for. Perfect

Finger weg!! Folie kam komplett faltig an. Habe dann versucht die Falten mit richtigem erwärmen ziehen und schaben weg zu bekommen, allerdings bei der Folie unmöglich. Ich habe schon echt viel foliert aber die Folie ist kompletter Schrott. Verkäufer antwortet nicht auf Nachrichten und Amazon möchte das ich die Folie wieder abziehe und zurückschicke. Wir wohl ein unbrauchbarer Bündel Müll für 5 Euro zurückgeschickt. Sorry Umwelt.......

Leider, ich müsste eine doppelseitige Klebeband benutzen, um die Folie geklebt zu halten aber das hat sowieso nicht so viel geholfen, weil die vordere Seite sieht so wie im Bilder schlecht aus. Ich habe auch mit Föhn versucht den Fehler zu korrigieren aber das hat ebenso nicht geholfen.

Die Folie klebt leider nicht richtig ,fällt immer wieder ab. Für das Geld nicht zu empfehlen
