We love this marinade! Put it on your lamb, pork, and poultry! It’s absolutely delicious! We use to live in California and it was a staple in our pantry! Born and raised in CA, this was the best meat tenderizer/marinade for use with lamb and chicken we had found. Moving out of state, not carried where we are, so we buy a case, have it shipped, and even give it out at holiday as a stocking stuffer!

This is the most simple and delicious marinade ever. It doesn't overpower, but adds subtle flavor as well as brings out the natural flavor of the meat. I have heard the company may not be in business any longer.... I bought a case and am hoping to recreate the recipe.

Delicious marinade or basting sauce. Great on pork chops, turkey tenderloins, and tri tip steaks. We’ve been using it for 30 years. Never without it in our pantry. Highly recommend.

I have been using this stuff for well over 20 yrs. And it's not the same. Seems to me these new owners went the cheap route on the spices. What a shame. It use to be such a great product.

We have used Basque Sauce for years. We used to live in California, and it is not in our local stores here at the lake in southern MO. Amazon to the rescue. Order by the case or it is too expensive. Really great! especially for chicken and ribs.Unfortunately the order this time was unfulfilled. Out of stock? Plus I think that the company has increased the price so much that loyal users like us will no longer order. Too bad!
