I am so happy I took a chance and ordered this purse! I have been looking for a small crossbody with a "bohemian" attitude and this purse is perfect! It's adorable, round, pudgy, and holds a lot for such a small size purse. The incredible thing is that it is so light in weight even packed with so much stuff. This purse is truly real leather and has a slight leather smell, but not overwhelming and the smell is fading away. I love the way it closes with a slide in lock which gives it a secure feel. It is easy to open too. I really like the back slip pocket which is the size of the entire purse. My iphone 14 plus fits perfectly in the back slip pocket. The leather is stif but I do believe it will soften in time. The only con about this purse is the fabric lining. The fabric lining is a bit stif and thin, but that's a minor con. Overall it's a excellent price for such a nice purse!

This purse was purchased as an accessory for a Renaissance Faire costume.Pros: * Functional clasp keeps items protected. Not stiff or difficult to use. * Actual leather. Although initially stiff, I imagine that it will wear like leather - durable, thick, and pliable. * Pockets galore! Many small, flat inner pockets in fabric lining allow for discretely containing small items. Two pockets have zippers; two are just thin pockets for holding tissues, pads, pens, etc. * Spacious enough to hold the essentials - money wallet, small hand lotion, pack of mints/gum, phone. *. Large enough to hold a bottle of water, in addition to the other 'essentials' * Sweet note from the manufacturer about how to care for leather. * Cute buckle design with strap that disguises the clasp.Cons: * Initial stiffness and faint smell of leather (although I don't find that to be a problem, personally). * Smaller front compartment is too small to conceal my cell phone. There is a back slip pocket but the phone needs to go in vertically and sticks out the top slightly. * I wish the strap was slightly longer. It is adjustable, but I wish it had another inch or two.It is adorable. My teenage daughter has designs to permanently "borrow" it after I'm done using it. Stylish enough to use as a daily, casual purse.Photos attached to show the spacious design for a small/modest purse. Bottled water is sitting atop of other items already in the purse. Perfect little bag. At first I was disappointed there was no zipper on the back (was almost a deal breaker) HOWEVER on my bag there are actually 5 internal compartments, 2 zipper pockets-one in the front and one in the back, main compartment and 2 other divider compartments for a total of 5 plus of course the outside pocket for a total of 6. More than enough for a bag this size. Even if there was a zipper compartment in the back of the bag it's not like you'd really be able to fit anything in it except a few papers, the depth just isn't there. So because of this, I'm extremely happy with my new bag and love it! Fits my phone, magnetic card case, makeup bag, keys, glasses and a few other odds and ends. I haven't even put anything in either of the zipper pockets yet and there's still some room left. Seams are perfect, it's well made, nice thick sturdy leather that needs to be broken in (and I like it that way) Buckles are perfect and there's no marks/stains. The strap is heavy and long enough as a cross body (I'm 5'6") Love it!!===========after a few months of consistent use:Still loving my leather cross body bag, It's breaking in beautifully and holding up superbly. Nothing has come apart or separated and the stitching is holding up perfectly.=============Update April 2020 -The purse is still holding up, stitching, buckles, no issues at all. I put it away for about 4 months to switch out my handbag over the winter but have recently pulled it out again. Other than that I've used it constantly and it hasn't shown any signs of wearing out. The color has gone darker and is beautiful. I love it so much!
