I made crispy chicken drumsticks. I used parchment paper on the bottom. Clean up was a charm . Placed in hot water with Dawn dish detergent. Came out completely clean nothing sticked to pan or grill. I love this, best product !

I use these frequently. I line them with aluminum foil or parchment under the insert for ease of cleanup. Otherwise cleanup would be difficult.
