A little disappointed
I was a little disappointed when I got this . It did have dents on the ends of eat piece where it did make it a little more difficult putting it together. It did not affect the way it looked . Consumer service was understandable even though I was frustrated with that amount of money it shouldn’t come damaged at all . They gave me a $50 refund . Not matter what I’ll be getting more of these they are beautiful and very sturdy.

Brilliant design, poor quality control and slow response - updated
UPDATE:After this review was posted, I did finally hear back from a manager, she understood that the other help techs didn't understand my problem. (Yes, there is a dented panel, but the issue was that there were pieces that just didn't work, and my bed could not be assembled as designed). Once that was sorted I was given a partial refund (for more than I requested, so they made that right). They also promised to pick up the extra, unused panels and connector parts. That was supposed to happen last week, and I'm going to need to keep pursuing them for that.So all that aside, I'm pleased with my garden as planted. i just advise anyone who orders it to check their parts carefully before proceeding, to make sure you get what you need before you start building.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I loved the look of the beds and the fact that they were 32" tall, substantial and with a clean wall design. But they have poor quality control for the connector parts.TLDR: Vego will slow walk any response with manufacturing issue, not acknowledge their parts failures, offer "compensation" which is basically the sale price and you end up with smaller bed, unusable parts and hours of wasted time trying to fix their mistakes.I ordered 2 L shaped beds with an extension kit for each. They arrived within 10 days, great. I opened the boxes and all parts were there, one panel had a dent (it was a panel packed sandwiched between other panels, so I can't figure how that happened in transit). I figured I was go for assembly. I waited for a dry day and constructed the first set. One of the cross bar connectors was drilled incorrectly, so I couldn't put the crossbars in at the recommended positions. I was able to get them in at a different spot, so I muddled through. I emailed the help line which said a response should come in 24 hours ... it took them 10 days. And offered me a replacement part, when I showed them pictures of it put together and filled with dirt. The second bed had a more massive issue. One of the corner connector pieces was drilled incorrectly and could not be assembled. So there was no way to make an L shaped bed. I had some garden folks coming the next morning to fill the beds with soil and put in the irrigation system, so I had a ticking clock. So we took the parts we did have and built the biggest bed would could, which was just one long bed, no corner kick. Missing 25% of the growing space I'd planned.I've had the beds filled with soil, irrigation installed and seeds planted. They've since germinated while this goes on.So far it's been a month of trying to get some response, emails, a phone line where the wait queues where 15 minutes, a chat function that is never monitored and a help ticket system that also gets no response. Most companies that sell and expensive high-end product like this are more responsive. I made the mistake of thinking this was the Nordstrom of garden beds. And even if they're slow, they make it right in the end.I love the product, it's an excellent design and if the quality control were even 99% it'd be a home run. But I bought two beds and both had manufacturing defects in the pilot holes. I'm going to have these for the next decade and I'll be constantly reminded (and tell everyone who admires them) that the company does not stand behind their product. They're expensive, but not well done.
