Amazing!
Exactly as described and was delivered in the exact timeframe that I was given. It did come in two boxes and all the pieces were included in the secret pocket behind the cushions! I plan to use the empty space that held the hardware to store bed sheets and a pillow for when I want to use it as a bed.Decently comfortable sitting on it. I don’t trust futons in general when it comes to sleeping and I got a twin mattress topper.

Had an issue with my sofa and they resolved it. It broke and they sent me the side that broke. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Missing half the couch
I’m missing the whole right side of the couch. I have contacted the seller as of yet no response. The listing does say it will come in two 2 boxes but I only got one tracking number and currently it shows delivered on my order page.I will update…..I got the second half the next day. The seller finally provided a tracking number 12 hours later. It is easy to put together and cute for my needs.

Truly shocked with the comfort of this futon/ couch. It's perfect for a first time apartment

Sofa was sent incomplete
Initially I was very excited to receive this sofa but after trying to assemble it I realized that the sofa was missing the whole left side of the couch, which was very disappointing and such a waste of time.

Simple to assemble
I live in small apt and it looks really good in my tiny living room. It’s like it truly belongs.
