does it fix inside a35 case? (mini itx motherboard)

I've got a desktop case with mini atx mboard. Not too sure with the mini itx but I think so because the height and the overall size is smallest I found.

Would this work with the amd fx 6300 chip?

Yes, I use it with the AMD FX-8350 so it should work even better with the FX-6300. I did replace the stock fan with a Noctua which is quieter and fits perfectly
