Attractive Addition to the Garden Furniture
The Adirondack Chair was very well packaged and the parts were easy to identify. Once made, the chair is very attractive and solid. The finish was good.The assembly instructions were reasonably clear, although not brilliant. I would give 7 out of 10 for these. Once you got the gist of what needed to be done, the assembly was relatively straightforward.I did need to drill out two holes relating to the arms of the chair as these were too small to accept the metal insert required. This was no big deal provided you had a drill and the correct sized bit to hand!Overall, a very attractive, solid and comfortable chair.

Self-assembly holes wrong size - had to return
It wasn't easy to assemble, which would have been okay . . . But when I got to attaching the front arm rests, either the holes were too small or the metal nuts and bolts too big. They didn't fit. Another reviewer had a similar problem and fixed it with a drill but I don't have one and had to return it. Really disappointing as I'd ordered it for my stay at home holiday. Plus the Amazon courier wouldn't take the big parcel back (I'd also ordered a footstool) so had to organise a second one myself. Be very wary. I'd not order a flatpack one again.

Missing hole's
Overall beautiful chair but to put it together was hell. One of the hole was wrong size. The instruction was so poor. I guess you get what you pay for

Sturdy comfortable chairs and great value
We love these chairs. Very well made, sturdy and easy to assemble. Our home is on the cliffs of western Ireland overlooking the Atlantic Ocean so we needed comfortable chairs we could keep in the front yard, that can withstand the elements. These are perfect.

Assembly instructions are not accurate beware....
Exceptionally disappointed. Very bad and incorrect assembly instructions. Step 2 is physically imposssible without disassembling the pre-attached front plate. When is did the screw top came off - probably because the white paint had been applied over it.

THIN WOOD SLATS
Two seat slats have broken already -I wonder how long before the chair needs to be thrown away !!!
