Despite how far VR has come in recent years, the battery life is still never enough. If I don't charge my Meta Quest 3 everyday, I'll usually run out of power while playing games, watching shows, or even just browsing the internet.It's just way too easy to forget to charge the headset or a controller and suddenly the good times end abruptly. Even when I remember, sometimes it's just too much of a bother to plug in the USB to charge and swap the batteries.This charging stand won't solve forgetfulness but it will solve convenience. Rather than the minute or two it takes to go through the batteries and plug in the headset, it now only takes seconds. After setting up the dock, and swapping in the dock's controller batteries, everything gets charged by prongs that you line up.The charging isn't as fast as direct USB charging but as long as a good charger is connected (I use a 45w charger), I always have the headset fully charged for my daily VR sessions!I think this charging dock is well worth the price and it's an easy recommend. This made me use my quest 3 since is always ready for me. I too had the 30% battery thing another person complained about but that went away after a few charging cycles (not that this matters at all, you can play for half a day with 30% battery charge). Btw you can buy higher capacity of this style battery when these ones eventually go bad.

I wanted to like this with the easy charging. But the contact for the headset is flimsy and needs attention to work. If you have another headstrap then default, it is harder to keep on the right spot.Second, the hand tracker batteries are very small and do not last that long. 2 hours will run them dry.And lastly, when the headset and the hand trackers are on the charge, it does not seem that there is enough charging power to maintain the headset charged. I have tryed different chargers and cable, including specific charging USB cables along with 20w chargers and it does not change this. It is too late to return it, but I would.

While they seem to charge, the controller batteries will not show past a 30% charge. No way to know how long they will actually last. Tried with a replacement and same results. Spend money elsewhere.

Very poor quality product . Left quest 3 on charger for 5 hours and it lit up like it was charging . The yellow light on the headset was on . Put headset on after charging and battery was still at 30 percent . Tried a different USB plug and wal outlet with same result . Tried pugging into gaming PC for power and it still does not work . Waste of money .
