On the positive side, the ergonomics and functionality of this product are good, and it gave me better results than a competitor’s model. Unfortunately, this is a substandard product.Yes it allows a better shave (better reach to difficult areas) but it does not offer as close a shave as other products. More importantly, it was delivered without the balm nor soap (website state it is part of the kit), and even more important, after a few uses, the motor started up by itself while stored in its box and would not shut off even after repeated attempts of pressing the on/off button. Finally, the metal coating on one of the razor heads already started fading away. I was very diligent in the cleaning process as per the instructions.

Item worked as advertised on arrival. Within 3 months had some issues, but seller replaced items free of charge. With all that said this item works better than many other back shaving products I have purchased over the years. They just need to work on the design a bit more. Shaver needs to lock in better, handle needs to be studier, but works is the better product out there for this issue.

Lacks durability and is poor quality. Will not withstand a common drop , yet its clumsy and when attached to the non locking handle slides out with minimal resistance with normal use. When the products slides out it drops and several razor heads break off and can not be placed back onto the unit. Concept is ok, but it fails in functionality and useability. Having been a CEO of a personal care manufacture including men's shavers, this one would have never made it to retail as the returns would be massive or consumer satisfaction would be low. PASS ON THIS ONE FOR SURE

Mine broke the first time I used it.The shaving head popped out of the handle and broke when it hit the shower's tile seat. The shaving head came apart and I couldn't reassemble it. It needs a way to lock the pieces together. I was being cautious, but not enough, I guess. My package was also incomplete, was missing the "After Balm". The hair removal worked pretty well though, just flimsy plastic handle that isn't secure enough to keep the unit together.

Does the job well. Long handle allows me to reach my full back without any trouble and the shaver does a good job at keeping everything trimmed nicely. The "face" does not come off, so not sure how to clean it, but in the time I have had it, it's working flawlessly. Good battery life too. I've charged it twice in two months and use it every 4-5 days.

Missing shave balm and after shave...terrible quality, and worse, not worth the headache of the questions and security items you have to answer from someone you literally can't understand what they are saying.

I had one minor issue, and contacted the company with my question/concern. Customer service for Bakscape is awesome, and the shaver works perfectly! It's heavy and solid too, doesn't feel light and cheap like other ones I've tried. My teen daughter was even jealous of it after trying it on her arm, and so I'll likely have to get a second one for her.

The holder doesn't lock the shaver in place so mine feel the first time I used it and broke ....not impressed...waist of money
