Don't open the box to examine contents!
I opened the box and took out the lockbox to see what I needed to do. The parts were inside with instructions and I did not have time to do it right then so I put it back in the box. When I went to set it up, it is locked and none of the codes work to open it. I never hit the reset button or did anything but take it out of the box and return it to the box. USELESS and not worth going thru the return process...spend a little more and get a real lock box...not a lock box designed to rob you of $10.
