A bunion did not happen over night and news flash it will not go away over night either. Hence I will start slow steady and lengthen then time slowly. This fits and very easy to use . Also while doing this make sure your shoes fit right. I sell shoes and you tell me of my shoes are fine .nope they are old no tread and crap . Stop smahing your foot in their unlace them. Also one size does not fit all in socks ! Bunions are created and we must learn to care better for our feet. I use it daily and I'm past 3 hours . Straps are durable. Use your dial slowly . We took this out of the box to put it together and the toilet seat is already ripped badly at the seams. I can only imagine how bad it would be after someone sits on it for awhile. I would think even if the seams were together, it would come apart at sometime, especially since it is supposedly rated for up to a 350 lb person. This is a defective product.

I had to buy this because the one the hospital ordered for me was way to small and I was told insurance won't cover a proper sizes on because I wasn't over 300lbs. I'm 5'9 260lbs and have a big behind. I suffered a complex spiral fracture to my left tibia and fibula and my bathroom is to small to use right now. This commode is extremely comfortable, stable and a great fit. Only thing that I would like to see is a "toilet seat cover" I don't have someone to empty it Everytime and so I put a garbage bag over the hole with the bucket lid to hold it in place so it doesn't smell after use. It was easy to put together, only small difficulty was the backrest. I love this commode so much that I would still use it as an over the toilet setting just because it's that comfortable.

I bought this for my dad to use in his room. It was very stable and had enough room for him to sit comfortably. Very easy clean up if you purchase the small liner bags. It was really helpful but you will need a room with space if you are using in a bedroom or you will have to move it around a lot.

It works so much better than a standard toilet seat. Even though it is said to be for larger people, it works best when using the slider board.

I was surprised to find a commode with all of these features at this price point, and I wondered if it would be stable. This item exceeded my expectations-- it feels very stable during transfers and when I'm sitting on it, there's plenty of room, the arms flip up and down easily, and it's easy to install or remove the bucket even with a liner.Assembly was straightforward but I recommend keeping all of the fasteners somewhat loose until all of the parts have been put together, and have something long and narrow (perhaps a phillips screwdriver, chisel, or awl) to use as a drift to align the holes. When I put it together, I tightened up the four screws in the frame early in the process. When I went to install the crossbar the holes for the C-clips were misaligned by 2-3in... once I loosened everything up again I was able to use an awl to align the holes, then install the clips, and finally retighten the screws.

I just brought this product. This is just at the assembled stage and it is broken. Need to replace the broken piece.

Fits over toilet well, fulfills purpose. Easy to clean

Works great, love that it bolts on to the toilet. Means there is no risk of it shifting or tipping. Only issue was the metal washer was too big for the toilet seat so will have to replace that. Other than that, love it.
