was worry about this would be difficult to work, but it's the best mop i used by far. I don't have any carpets in my apartment. the mop is fantastic and It cleans my white tile floor beautifully. What I like best:• It is very sturdy and cleans the sponge is awesome!• The hand operated squeeze lever is simple to use and does a good job getting excess water out.• the sponge looks way better than sponges on other mops after the same• Mop head is made of fantastic absorbent, hard-wearing materials.

Professional My Butt!
What the hell is this thing? It's supposedly called a "professional mop", but I'm seriously failing to figuring out where the "professional" part comes in, and more importantly, how it's even considered a "mop". My gawd! Let me point out all the ways this thing seriously fails....1. IT's FLIMSY: Everything about this is bordering on crumbling in your hands. The squeegee pull handle is made of some thin metal rod that if you attempt to pull it too hard, it'll snap and swing back at you probably slicing your freakin' hand. Kinda scary to use. The foam padding that acts as the grip for that same lever is so thin that you feel like you're pulling on a thin metal string that's digging into your hands. I'm sure it'll rip off in the next few uses. And the rollers that squeezes the sponger together? Ya, it rattles and squeaks and wants to spring out that you almost want to wear a full face mask just in case it comes flying out towards your face.2. DESIGNED FOR MIDGETS: No offense to short folks, but this thing is really designed for people on the shorter spectrum of the height measurement. It could probably be comfortably used for folks of 5 ft or less. I'm 5'6, you're average height, but I had to bend over like a 90 year old with a cane just to mop anything! I could probably sue for back injury and win easily. In fact, it's so short, I can't mop like you normally would. Rather, I had to mop as if I'm using a small one-handed sweeper + dustpan... you know, those small broom & dustpans you commonly see janitors use?3. IT's REALLY A DRY MOP: Something is wrong with that sponge part of the mop. Sponge mops ain't suppose to absorb every inch of water!! But this does! I could throw a gallon of water on the floor and start sweeping... er, mopping and that damned thing will suck it up like a vacuum. You can't mop the freakin' floor cuz you can't keep the water there! Who freakin' needs a rug doctor for the carpets. wash your carpets with water & cleaning solution, then just toss this sponge mop onto the carpets and watch it suck up every inch of that water. This doesn't work for wood floors!!Don't waste your time on this crap. This is no mop. It's a water absorber, good for drying your car aftera good wash.

Gets Floors CLEAN!!!!!
I have always hated mopping my kitchen floor because it seemed like the floor was never really clean. I have resorted to getting down on hands and knees and scrubbing, followed by wet mopping multiple times with clean water to rinse. I have even used my carpet cleaner to suck up the dirty rinse water, and have used microfiber towels to rinse again. Then I'd have to prop fans to dry the floor...No matter how I did it, I always felt like I was working way too hard for an unsatisfactory result.Add to that, I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my back, so the whole task was an "expensive" task on my physical energy/pain reserves. When my last Costco sponge mop pooped out after a year I decided to look for something better. I researched mops on Amazon to a ridiculous, obsessive extent.I took a risk and ordered this one, despite a few negative reviews. I didn't use it right away, and have only used it a couple times, but here's my impression:PROS: -Picks up dirt like no mop I have ever used! -Picks up water, so leaves the floor almost completely dry! No fans required. -Soft enough to contour around base moldings. -Less effort= less back pain=mop more often=cleaner floor!CONS: -Unwrapping the plastic from the sponge head is a unnecessarily hard.I ended up carefully trimming it with a boxcutter, but there is still some under the wringer bars. -The handle is TOO SHORT!!!!!! I am only 5'3" and it is too short! My 6' husband could never use this.Plus, this mop would be great for washing high windows or walls , but not with this handle. And having to lean over too much hurts my back. HEY CHINA! MAKE A LONGER HANDLE!!! THEN I GIVE YOU 5 STARS!!! -The handle collapses when you push on the mop. I corrected this by unscrewing the tightening collar and wrapping the metal pole with a couple strips of duck tape. Then tighten the collar so the pole is at its longest extension. Worked for me. -This mop needs to PRESOAK for AT LEAST 15-30 minutes!!!!!! So no quick wipe-up-spills usage. I get it soaking in a bucket of water while I vacuum and wipe down my counters and cabinets and put the throw rugs in the laundry. By then it is ready to go. If you try to use the mop without adequate presoaking you risk it tearing when you wring it. Not at this price! No Tearing! So now my mopping routine is to spray my floor with diluted Simple Green, then mop, section by section, with this mop and clean water. It is amazing to see the thick clouds of dirty water wring out of this baby! I change the clean water in my bucket every section, that's how much sludge this picks up. Then I go back over the whole floor one more time with clean water. Again, amazing how little dirt then gets wrung out into the bucket-BECAUSE THE FLOOR IS CLEAN! And DRY!!! Hallelulia! Done!I hope this mope lasts a very long time because I am really impressed with its performance.

Must Soak in Water prior to squeezing out the mop.
It's impossible to squeeze out the mop until it has soaked in water for approximately 5 minutes making quick clean up of spills impossible. Very disappointed with this product. Also it doesn't extend enough for tall people.

Handle too short
The quality is very good but the handle is way too short even after it extends all the way

This mop is awesome !!!
To be honest, I love this mop! It's so easy to use and I don't need try too hard to sweep the floor. It's different than any other mops in the market. I just need sunk it in the water and squeeze out water each time, it really saves lots of time. Most important, the floor is pretty clean after finished cleaning.

Doesn’t last & short return window 😢
Very disappointed - worked great the first time we used it, 2nd time though one of the rollers that wrings out the head fell apart and now it won’t wring out all the dirty soapy water. Figured it was a fluke and went to return it and order another but the return window has closed. Now I’m stuck with a defective product a three replacement heads.
