They work as intended.
Again... Nice large bread pans and the lids are a nice touch for storage. They don't completely seal on the sides but the handle clips prevent it from just falling off. Looking forward to the many bread creations with these and maybe more important how easy they will be to clean. Overall happy with these so far and want many more uses to come.

Difficult to clean
Works great for making bread. But, if you want to make bread pudding with raspberries or blueberries, it's hard to clean.

Great loaf pans
I have been baking sourdough since I took a local class in October. I've been adding baking pans to my kitchen, I've got Pullman pans and a cast iron dutch oven. But I didn't have any silicone loaf pans. So this is my first.These are very high quality, nice and thick. I like that the lids have these little keyholes to hold it on. They're still easy to remove. They're a great size to put half my sourdough recipe into each, and they keep their shape pretty well during baking. I have also used the for banana bread with success.If you're a bread baker, these bread pans will be a great addition to your kitchen.

Great for storage, but not so much with baking
The pans and lids are fairly thick and feel like they still hold up to plenty of use. I didn't have any issues with floured dough sticking to the bottom or sides of these pans; the loaves released very easily after cooling. I did notice two things while using these to bake in. Number one, the bread didn't rise up as much as it does in a glass or metal pan. Number two, it didn't form as much of a crust. Knowing that silicone is fairly heat resistant, the results make sense. I also tested baking with the lid on but that didn't seem to help. In fact, it caused the bread to be "steamed" a bit with some latent moisture forming along the sides and bottom of the loaf. However, these are excellent for storage. While the lid doesn't provide a 100% air-tight seal it does help retain moisture when storing the bread loaves in the refrigerator.

The bread is really baked.
I was worried, but the bread was really baked, and after I ate it, I had a lid, so it was easy to store.The design was so cute that I wanted to make bread again!!!!!

Nice loaf pan!
I remember years ago my Mom purchased some silicone pans and I thought, that is just weird. Now, here I am loving them!LOL! These are a great size for a nice banana bread, which is what I got them for. They are easy to wash, and are of a nice thick durable material. I have not used them yet, but comparing them to my other silicone cookware, I think these are some of the top ones I have now! If there are any problems with them when I go to cook with them, I will update the review.
