Installation is straight forward without any issues. It is an exactly replace for my laptop that the original battery has reached its life. Not sure how long this battery will last but at least for now, it works like new.

My Dell XPS 15 9500 works like new again
The old battery in my 3-year-old Dell XPS 15 9500 was going downhill. My battery time was down to a couple hours maybe less. After installing this battery, the laptop lasts as if it were new again. I'm getting at least 5 hours with this battery with normal use which is the same as when new. If you've ever installed a battery, ram, or SSD in a laptop this will be a very simple install for you. You'll find plenty of videos on YouTube. Just take your time and use the guitar pick to gently pop the bottom off. The only thing that you might find tricky is removing the battery cable from the battery. You'll notice a black strap on the cable attached to the battery. Pull the strap straight up and the connection will pop off. Press it straight down to put it on the new battery. Be careful not to squeeze the battery too hard as it could be damaged.
