I absolutely love this bassinet! My newborn LOVES it too! We have used this bassinet since we brought our little one home. She took to it right away and sleeps through the night. She slept 4 hour stretches at night from the day we came home until 1 week old. She now sleeps 8 hours every night! I owe it to this bassinet! The mattress is soft yet firm enough for safe sleep for a newborn. The bassinet itself is really nice looking, it looks way more expensive than it is. We had an issue with the motor making noise. I sent a message to customer service and they were so helpful! They responded quickly and we now have a perfectly functional bassinet! The rocking feature is great. I love the setting that turns on the rocking when it senses movement. If my little one wakes up in the night the bassinet rocks her back to sleep! The height is great for our bed, it’s easy to get her in and out of the bassinet while I’m half asleep! I will be recommending this to all new parents!

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to try a “moving” bassinet without spending $1500 on the Snoo (just in case my baby didn’t like it), so I decided to give this a try with the good reviews I saw. This one was easy to set up and was so pretty to look at. My 3 week old LOVED IT. I could put her in at bed time wide awake, turn it on and she wouldn’t make a peep, fall right to sleep.( I will add it was a little louder than I expected). It lasted 2 nights and the motor quit. I contacted Amazon to return it and they convinced me to contact the manufacturer, so I did exactly that and they sent me a new one. After receiving the new one everything was great again and 5 days after using the motor on that one quit. I again let the manufacturer know that the new one was junk and I was just going to return to Amazon for a refund and they offered to send me a THIRD bassinet and give me $100 refund. The customer service end for the company is awesome, and they have the heart , but the product is just horrible. I declined their offer and returned to Amazon for a refund. I will add for anyone looking for a moving bassinet & not wanting to spend tons of money on the Snoo, the ‘4 moms MamaRoo’ sleep is awesome, and has 5 different motions to help baby get to sleep.*the attached video is what the manufacturer requested I send to prove it didn’t work*

The good about this bassinet, more attractive than most on the market. Features rocking which my baby loves, totally helped soothe him to sleep. Use it as a bedside sleeper. The bad- music and sounds are awful and play in a loop instead of just being able to pick one, just use a sound machine. The really bad- the rocking motion only works intermittently… as you can imagine this is a huge disappointment when it’s 3am and you’re trying to get your baby back to sleep. I’ve noticed the motor usually stops working after the 45 min slow rocking motion detect setting and it won’t turn back on. The remote still lights up and the sounds still turn on, it seems to just be something with the motor, like it times out. After several hours it will work normally again. Not sure if it’s failing all together or just a crappy product. Hoping to resolve this with the manufacture as it says there is a 1 year warranty. I had high hopes and am disappointed with this product. Such a hassle to disassemble and return especially since I don’t have a back up bassinet for my baby.

Easy to put together and works just as it says it should. A nice option that is less expensive than the other rocking bassinets out there. It’s very versatile and I like the remote control feature.

We have been using this product for three months now with our newborn, and it worked for about two and a half months before the rocking motion in the bassinet stopped working completely. The remote that came with the bassinet worked alright, for turning the rocking motion on/off when needed, but took a little finesse to get it to work properly. There is a button on the bottom of the bassinet that can be used instead, but we've reached the point that even the button does not make the bassinet turn on and off anymore. The music/white nose still works fine, for now, and is easy enough to trigger with the remote. The sounds cycle through the different music and white noise when turned on. Overall though, we are thoroughly disappointed in this product given that we spent a considerable amount of money on this product specifically for the rocking feature which was amazing while it lasted. I worked night shift for the majority of my pregnancy, so baby loves moving as she sleeps. The rocking bassinet was a safer option than the swing and was really nice when it would automatically turn on when the baby stirred in the crib. In total, we got 2.5 months of use from this product before the most important feature broke. Would not recommend this product at this price point given the short life span/limited reliability of this product.UPDATE: The seller did reach out to me and offered to send a new motor for the bassinet. They were very responsive and the replacement part came relatively quickly. I am very satisfied with the customer service of the seller. The bassinet is working again and we are hoping to finish out the last two months that the baby can fit it without a hitch. Ultimately, the remote functions at the same level of effectiveness as before which is why I haven't left a 5 star rating. But it's not enough, at least to me, to not enjoy this bassinet. The responsiveness of the seller definitely helps to add to the value of this product, seeing that they care enough to offer the replacement parts was very much appreciated and makes this a safer choice at this price point.

I love this bassinet! I never write reviews but I’ve been back and forth on what bassinet to buy and this one is perfect! It’s so beautiful! I have been back and forth on a few different ones and I really wanted a snoo but they are so expensive. This is very comparable to the snoo and it’s the perfect price! I highly recommend!
