Very adjustable length/diameter (however you want to designate the size)
Before buying, I couldn't understand what that strand of knots were with the single beads; decoration I thought. Those lengths of cord with the single beads are how you make the bracelet longer or shorter - pull on the strands it gets smaller, pull on the knots it gets larger in size. Brilliant! And very, very cool! The beads are a little smaller than I imagined they would be but otherwise a very nice bracelet that I hope to wear long time.Since I just got the bracelet I can't speak to it helping my arthritis.

The adjustable size is fabulous. I bought it as a gift for my 8 year old daughter to wear as an anklet. She thinks it’s beautiful and comfortable. It made a great Christmas gift. I’m glad I got it for her.
