They are very easy to dispense, even for fumbling fingers. The pills are small and easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I haven't had any problem taking them on an empty stomach. I have been taking them daily now for about 4 weeks and unfortunately I don't notice any difference in how I feel. My energy levels remain "normal" and my metabolism certainly doesn't seem to have increased. I'll keep taking the pills until they are finished as they are an easy addition to my morning regimin, but I really don't see a need to buy them again.

I’ve used several brands. They’ve always been sticky tar like dry drops. This brand, was not pure shilajit. Normally I can’t break them. This brand did break. Was black on the outside , but white powdery on the inside. I’ll never get this brand of anything again!

I have tried Shilajit Resin recently, and Im not a big fan of trying to measure it out and make it. Tablets seem like a much better and easier alternative. I do not see a difference in the tablets over the resin, so its really a preference on which you prefer. These are very well made. They are easy to swallow, no weird unexpected tastes, and no weird aftertastes. This seems to be a good product, well made, and exactly as I expected. I easily recommend these.

I thought I'd give these a try for traveling. I like taking the non-capsule form, but traveling that poses a problem. I'm just not convinced of the actual content in a capsule. I didn't notice any difference so I can't confirm nor deny that these are the 'real deal'.
