Colours are great, good quality, selection is varied, excellent value

This pack of ribbon has 27 rolls of 5mm/10m sizing in 14 colours. At a fantastic price of around £4 per pack (at the time of this review), that's outstanding value for the amount of ribbon wrapping you can get and I'd love to give this more stars based on just the value. However, the description states that these are satin or silk ribbon rolls and they're sadly not.These are the plastic curling type of ribbons that you use with balloons, presents, flowers etc. and the material listed on the details even tells you it's plastic, despite the longer wording & title saying otherwise. Unfortunately, it makes this listing for the ribbons misleading as I ordered thinking I was getting a nice satin material ribbon set, only to find it's not something I can use for my planned projects after all. I'm sure I'm not the only one who will be disappointed at what turns up with the delivery when something else was expected, so do keep this in mind if you are ordering.It's a difficult item to review as I'd be tempted with 1 star for these ribbons not being as described, but at the same time the pack itself is good for what it is and is worthy of 5 stars if you're looking for this kind of curling ribbon. With this in mind, I've gone with an 'average' 3 star review overall to fall somewhere in between. If you don't mind the material, you may well find these are great rolls for you, but if, like me, you expected a certain kind of material then this set may leave you disappointed.

Really nice ribbons

A lovely selection of different coloured ribbons. The colours are vibrant and all have a satin sheen to them. These will be useful for parcels but could also be used for tying a bouquet of flowers.
