I've added these to my fiberglass tub/shower to help me when stepping over the threshold and when sitting/standing from my shower seat. They were super easy to latch in place, easy to reposition until I found the exact locations I wanted, and feel very secure to me when using them to steady my 230# weight. Of course, I'm not hanging off them like monkey bars, but I trust them to maintain my balance in a wet and slippery environment. At ~$20 for the pair, they're a good value and I highly recommend.

Perfect solution for a temporary issue
Purchased these to retrofit a shower for an elderly family member. Perfect solution for the issue. We were able to install in minutes and check them prior to the person using the shower and have found no issues with them. They install quickly and you can reposition them easily if you need to. Easy to clean also.
