I need the mounting hardware included with this. is there any way you can check to insure all the parts are in there?

This bridge comes with every part needed to install it in a brand new guitar body - every bushing, claw, spring and screw.

Does it allow adjusting each individual string height?

Yes, there are two allen key, height adjustment grub screws in each saddle. Keep in mind though, the bridge post spacing on this bridge is wider than the standard strat two post spacing. This bridge has the same post spacing as the Floyd Rose which is a bit wider so it's not a drop in replacement for a strat or any guitar with a strat-like bridge.

Will this replace a standard Stratocaster tremolo?

No, this bridge has the same post spacing as a Floyd Rose double locking tremolo. To retrofit this on a standard strat you would have to drill and fill the existing bridge post holes and drill new holes for the included bushings.

Looks like the the strings sit further forward than typical Floyd Rose systems, so posts would have to be set more rearward, right?

This one is different to the Floyd Rose, so yes, different post setting. If you want a Schaller replacement for the FR, use the Lockmaster, they use the same post setting.
