TruNature Digestive Probiotic Capsules, 100 Count

I purchased these a LONG time ago from Amazon for IBS. I had forgotten I had some left. When my gut started bothering me again, I went rummaging through my cabinet looking for a probiotic -- something, ANYTHING! ... and I found one packet left of these. Out of desperation, I started using these and I was amazed that my stomach/gut settled down almost immediately and stopped causing me such grief. Thinking that they weren't really going to work, but I was so desperate, I just started using them until the newer, different brand of probiotic I had just ordered arrived. WOW--With these capsules, the constipation was gone, the gas - gone, the constant 'chewing' and 'gurgling' was gone. The irritation and inflammation in my gut was so bad, I felt like I was breathing out fire. But after a couple of days taking this, everything 'cooled' down.The most amazing thing of all was the package was dated 'best if used by <something> 2014!!!!." I couldn't believe it! --- More than three years later and the stuff still really works! I just reordered TruNature again and now wish I hadn't ordered the newer probiotics. These TruNature capsules must be very well sealed for them to work at over three years old. I'm astounded!! And I'm definitely going to keep using them!

It has changed my life. My brother told me about Probiotics. I am thrilled I can eat Mexican again and so is my husband. I don't wake up in the middle of the night choking cause my acid reflux creeping up my throat. It was so bad that I could hardly eat anything. Since been taking this product, no problems. Can't praise it enough. I tell everyone.

Great brand and cost less

Decent quality and it's effects is not too bad. Better then many out there.

I bought it at Costco for about $16 for 100 unites (1 capsule/day) which was the cheapest probiotic at the store.There were several other more expensive ones but I wanted to try probiotic first time to see how it works.The positive effects were immediate on me as well as my wife without any side effects.There are just 2 types of probiotics cultures ((Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis) in the capsulbut that seem good enough.When I ran out of these, I found Probiotic 10 by Natures Bounty at Costco for sale at about $24 for 120 capsules(recommended 2 capsules daily) and I tried those. I wanted to see how additional 8 cultures improve my digestivesystem. I did not notice any further improvements by Probiotic 100.I am going back to Trunature.

I would have to take a trip to Sam's Club or another big box store for the same price an Amazon delivery is free for prime membership. This stuff keeps me more regular with IBS. I take 1 tab in am and 1 in the pm.

The rest is the same) I am leaving this review using the link from my order.Having said all that I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I was skeptical at first because I have suffered with so many issues for so long I wasn't sure anything would help regulate me. But within 2-3 days by body responded with normal bowel movements. I go to the bathroom regularly and feel amazing. I feel like my gut has settled down, the bloating has gone away and everything moves along as it should. I highly recommend drinking plenty of water everyday to aid in the process (which you should be doing anyway).I will definitely buy this product again. So happy I found it. I've already suggested it to several of my friends.

I had been having eczema with an open wound that wouldn't heal for a year. I went to one of the best doctors and was using Aveeno dermatologist approved cream for eczema given by my doctor, which helped only a little bit.Not sure if it was cured by the probiotic but after a few days I started to take the supplement I got better and healed completely after a couple months. No scar at all. It was in the summer when it was delivered. The first night I got it I forgot to put it in the fridge, and it could get very hot in the kitchen at night. I was concerned the probiotic might have been all dead but glad it was not.
