That is crackers and is the newest member of the family. He has not been here long - less than 2 months, and he really hasn't settled down and become a custom to us yet.He is a very jittery nervous little guy and I've been trying really hard to make sure that he's comfortable and he can trust us and nothing has worked. He also is afraid of everything just like his big sister, geesh I don't think I can handle another scary cat bird LOLWhen I initially opened this and was trying to put into his cage, OMG you would have thought that I was going to hunt him down or something. He could not get away from it fast enough and unfortunately for him he only had the perimeter of his case to try and do that and it wasn't working very well for him at all.So I decided I better send it outside of his cage and let him see it for a while so he would get over it. Bet you're wondering if that worked huh? It didn't.The next step was to remove him from the cage and then put the bed inside while he was out of it, wondering if that worked?Kind of with a little twist because while he was out of his cage my husband had him and he wasn't liking that very much so I made him give crackers to me and then give me the bed while he put other toys into his cage.I decided to put crackers inside of the bed while I was holding him because he's always trying to get away but to my astonishment that little guy turned around in the bed and suck his head out while I was petting him he closed his eyes, it looks so relaxed, I think he got the first good sleep he has had in a long time, seriously.This is very soft and made with good material the construction or type of bed is such that a bird with a long tail should have no problem as it's a long cone shape.

The is nicely lined and very cozy. I would recommend it for multiple small animals.

I dont own birds but I did get this to put as a hammock in my rat cage- safe to say they love it. Its easy to wash, just throw it in with all their fleece bedding, and voila- fresh, comfy, soft hammock for your small pets

Very thick and cozy

This is a cute hanging nest that works for birds but also flying squirrels and the like. I like it and find the quality is very nice. It is super easy to install and can be washed, just make sure when you do to secure the hooks since they can get messed up and destroyed in the washer and dryer. Other than that I am very happy with this and really like that you can put it in the corner to use that space. Great little find.
