Good product, the skipping rope is not as easy as it sounds to adjust. Instructions on this and perhaps exercise tips/moves for ab wheel would make the product 5 stars. Quick delivery that was well packaged.

Used Skipping Rope Once & it Snapped
When received, I was initially very happy with the set until on my second time using the skipping rope it snapped. I don't think this should happy on the second time using so not happy overall!
