Seem to do the trick well. The taste is good and good value for the cost. Keep In mind though the serving size is two gummies. We normally take one.

While these taste okay and didn't smell bad or have any kind of sliminess to them, they did not chew like any gummies I have experienced. Biting into these felt like biting into a gumdrop that lost it's stiff, chewy texture and was replaced with a soft, almost mushy inside - definitely not what I was expecting. While they did seem to help achieve better sleep quality and work well, it was a struggle to try and keep taking them to the point I just went back to my original big box brand. I also noted these required 3 gummies to be equal to that of the big box brand, which makes me feel like there was less product per gummy in these.
