Great Mini CPU
The asks:1. The latest Microsoft windows operating system2. The latest processing chip that also has speed3. Enough ports to use 2 external monitors4. Space that can't be ignored5. Preferably small in size and cute. 😁I have been using this mini CPU for over 2 months now, and I love it, the graphics works well with my hp monitor and setting it up was easy.

A hidden gem - excellent customer service that backs their products!
I purchased multiple Geekom PC's. Unfortunately 2 of them had issues with power supplies. I contacted the company and they were very responsive and went above and beyond to make it right. LOVE this tiny PC!
Purchased this GEEKOM XT12 to try to regain some desktop space as well as speed and computing power over an old tower desktop. I have not been disappointed! It starts up super fast, has the computing and graphics power to run my engineering and CAD software with no problems - a nice improvement in speed! Some reviewers not fan noise or heat issues, but I haven't seen any of that - it runs quiet and cool! AND ITS SO TINY!!! Saves a ton of deskspace. VERY happy with it.

Very happy until it died, now we'll see how good the support is...
Product worked great for 47 days. Speed was great, excellent packaging, good fit and finish.I was gone for the weekend, came back and it was off and wouldn't restart. I checked the power supply with a voltmeter and it was fine, opened the top and noticed scorchmarks on the mainboard where the power supply plugs in.I have clean power, another computers, a nas and a printer / scanner all plugged into the same surge Suppressor and no issues there, the other computer has been running fine.I've submitted a contact form to the company and now we'll see how good the company is on technical support. I'll update this report with any details.So the replacement has taken place. It took 7 days to get the replacement. Their customer support was good, and the product is been running great since then.Would I buy again? Yes.

Small but mighty
Geekom XT12 Pro arrived nicely packaged and was easy to hook up to my audio interface, LAN, wifi printer and USB keyboard and mouse. Aged 79, but I still found it straightforward to get installed to my MS account and MS 365 subscription. It updated for quite a while, not unexpected now that WIn11 is getting "mature." Getting all of 3 email accounts sync'd with Outlook was mildly troublesome but finally achieved by Day 2 almost as if the XT12 did it by itself. The little box is silent most of the time but when working hard there is a very quiet whispery fan which does the job. Very happy at this point.

Great Mini PC - No longer need desktop
Since Microsoft is forcing me to move to Windows 11, I will need to buy a new PC. I decided to try a mini PC because you get a lot of bang for the buck. An i9 with 32GB RAM and 1TB M.2 works great on my dual monitor setup. I believe I will recommend mini PCs from now on for friends and family. The three-year warranty made my move go with more confidence.

No support what so ever.
I don't normally leave reviews but this has been a review worthy experience. Save you money, get a real PC. For the first 30 days it worked perfectly, it wasn't over heating I had no trouble with setting it up. However, day 31 I'm sitting there working and after two hours something sparks and the device is bricked. Customer support has been non existent. The device has a three year warranty which would be amazing if there were a clear path forward, its all gated behind a customer service department that doesn't respond to requests for support. Unless you want a very expensive paper weight, save yourself the headache.

Performance for a Mini PC
For a mini pc this is one of the fastest computers I have ever owned. Despite its small "mini"" size I had expected it to be slower than a normal desktop, but it's FAR FROM IT! Even performs better than desktop i9's I have deployed as an IT Pro. Great Job! Geekom!
