BOSCH EVO17 Evolution Beam Wiper Blade; 17" - Single

Great quality wiper blades! The fit is perfect and exactly as advertised for the vehicle. Installation was easy and they work flawlessly. My wife hasn’t mentioned a single complaint, which says a lot, so they must be doing their job well. Highly recommend!

It has been more than 3 years since I replace my front wipers and the rubber blade is cracked and falling off the arms. My first priority is looking for wipers that are easy to install and fair priced compare with other wipers on the market. Bosche indeed delivers. The installation was really simple and straight forward. Just use the correct attachment, remove the old wipers, attach the new wipers and that is it. Performance is great since I just drove through a storm recently and the visibility was great without any noise.

I put an EVO22 on the car, no problems at all. Then I tried to put the EVO20 on. The awful instructions are useless. There really is nothing of value in the instructions. I tried each of the 4 adapters. I cannot mount this wiper. Hello Bosch, this is your third strike, you are out. I bought a bosch dishwasher, disappointed. I bought a Bosch Range. Stupid hard to install, lousy human interface. The seam at the front collects debris and splatter. I will never, ever buy another bosch product.

Works well once installed but instructions are poor.

My application is on a 2024 Ford Edge — passenger side. Note: Ford Edge (2022-2024) use ADAPTER #2, which come with all Bosch wipers (among 4). I have been a disciple of Bosch Icon blades for years, but the correct spec size 28BOE Icon for the passenger side was causing a noise when it reached the end of its arc to begin the return trip back down the windshield. After ensuring proper snap fit and still having the issue, I decided to try this Bosch Evolution blade, which has a symmetrical spoiler design (the Icon spoiler is asymmetrical) and also at 26” (versus 28”) since the wiper seemed unnecessarily long in its coverage area. This solved my noise issue perfectly…. and I’ve had the unintended benefit of directly observing performance against the Bosch Icon 28AOE which is on the driver’s side. Had heavy rain today and at all speeds, both wipers perform wonderfully with no chatter, streaking, or distinguishing differences in performance. I have not confirmed longevity of the Evolution yet compared to the Icon, but thus far I’m pleased with the performance of the Evolution at it’s core mission: silently move all water out of my line of sight.

Fantastic blades, fits well. Easy to install, the guide could be better though. The performance is superb, cleans well, no squeeks and feels well made.

I installed a number of months ago. Easy installation. And I'm not great at doing simple things like this. Works great. Nice clean windshield. Could not ask for anything more.

These are quality premium wiper blades. I installed them onto our Volkswagen Passat (2013). They make a tiny bit of noise when wiping, but provide a very clear clean, no streaks visible. I don't think it's worth paying the extra for Icon model as these still seem to last long (also use Evolution line on my Mazda 3).
