The item came super fast on prime. Was securely packaged. The Fender is beautiful. The holes line up and the stock inserts fit right in. Took me like 10 minutes to install. It does fit on 2012 Yamaha FZ1.

Well its a beautiful piece of work but it didn't fit that good I had a hard time getting it to fit right
