Simple and effective
Cuts plastic speedfit pipe cleanly and easily at a fraction of the cost of othersSeems strong enough and given the infrequent use it will have, is more than adequate. My only complaint is that it tends to squash the pipe slightly out of shape. This doesn't affect the pipe as the inserts bring it back to being round.

Can't fault these cheap pipe cutters
Made easy work of cutting JG Speedfit 15mm bendy pipe. Very sharp and nice clean, straight cuts. I only needed them for a small job so didn't want to spend £20 plus on a pair. These were cheaper than anywhere at less than £7 but are metal construction and seem sturdy enough. They're back in the toolbox now and I can see no reason they shouldn't last for a few more jobs when called upon, especially soft pipe like I was using.

Did the job, but nipped me!
Okay quality for the price. All metal construction. Cut through the plastic pipe easily and cleanly, but it caught the skin on my hand in the handle and gave me a blood blister. To be fair, I was working in a confined space and having to use the cutters with both hands. Should have worn gloves.

A revelation
Don’t know what I did without these. We have our own water supply using lots of all theme pipes. These cutters coped with even the larger diameter pipes. Lightweight but sturdy. Also the bright colour means they don’t get lost easily. Good addition to the plumbing tool box

Awful
Worst pipe cutter iv ever used, so blunt felt like it was 2 years old, not brand new. Went back to using my old cutter because it was sharper.

They do the job
Cheaply made, not that robust, but for what I want them for I'm sure they're perfect.
