Awesome - plug and play!
Cute little gadget, sits perfectly on my pc stand and looks great. I plugged it in and it worked straight away on my first Zoom call. I don't know what else it does (like can it link to my phone at the same time) but if it just can be the speaker and mic so I don't have to wear headphones, I'm happy. Amazing tech for £60! I love it. Very happy with purchase.

Works well but sound isn't the best and manual is awful
I got this as I have a number of multi-attendee meetings each year, and rather than having a large logitech device which take a lot of space, I was hoping to have a smaller device which fits in a laptop bag without filling it, and this meets that need. The User Manual doesn't actually include any instrcutions for use, they come on a single piece of cardand aren't really that good. The product sockets are labelled quite weirdly, with the charging socket displaying a monitor, there is a second USB-C socket which shows a charger but is meant for charging devices from speaker, which would kill the battery and makes no sense unless you only had one plug socket available which would be used by the laptop or PC you were connecting to generally. There is then a line out port to connect your speaker to an external speaker??Then an AUX port so you can connect your device to the speaker via a cable rather than use Bluetooth or USB which makes no sense either. However, it does work quite well. It's not BOSE quality and the sound can be a bit grainy above a certain volume (I'm using a £3000 laptop which has a good sound card installed, so it's not the output device), but it's more than acceptable.Overall, I've rated as 4 stars as it performs well, does what it says on the tin. If they didn't add the pointless power out, Aux and Aux Out sockets it would be better, not 5 stars as the sound quality isn't quite there, but still a good product.

Works with my Chromebook
Only just received so not a proper review. But the one thing I wanted to know prior to purchase was whether it works with Chromebooks. I got mine to work albeit you have to faff around with settings that you might not be used to. So far so good. 👍

Clear sound quality
The media could not be loaded. The sound quality of this Bluetooth speaker and microphone is clear, and the stereo sound effect is good. It comes with a USB receiver. Plug it into the USB plug of your laptop. It will automatically install the driver configuration and automatically connect to the speaker. No more wires are needed to connect the speaker. And it looks great, with touch-keyless buttons, and it comes with a black cloth bag to protect the speaker when carried around. And it can be connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth, and it has a built-in microphone that can be used to listen to music and make phone calls. It is a piece of audio equipment that is both beautiful and functional.

Poor documentation
The documentation is poor to non-existent. It is left to the user to guess which of the cables (if any) need to be used and when. There are two USB C sockets on the back, with no indication which needs to be used (for the benefit of everybody else, it is the right hand one, but this may be needed only for charging. I have no idea what the left hand one is for)It works, but allow plenty of time to work out how to get it to do so

After 4 successful uses, it stopped working mid call. It would not recharge and has been returned.
Until it died, it was what I expected. At 3 watts, the speaker is perhaps too quiet. It would also have been useful to have a means of knowing the battery status

The good and the bad
One initial use, connected via Bluetooth from a Samsung S22 phone, the speaker performed well playing streamed audio. Sound was reasonable for a speaker of the size. Bluetooth connection was easy, immediate and consistent. The speaker was then connected to a PC, and MS Teams (for conferencing) was configured to use the device by default for audio and mic.The device here did not perform well. On initial connection there was around 10 seconds of 'reverb' before it levelled out. Mic gain was too high (checked via a test MS Teams call) meaning the audio became distorted on playback. The device was left connected to the PC and configured to play system audio. On playing a YouTube video via an internet browser the audio constantly broke up. Note that the device was a mere 3ft from the PC.All controls are touch button on the top face of the device. The on/off function button was temperamental and led to frustration when trying to turn off the device. There is an audible voice notification on device start up (aka "Battery level is high") which was useful but I can see this as being embarrassing if in an office environment. It can act as a power bank (to charge devices on the go), this worked well. It has a Kensington style locking port. It has an Aux input port which was not tested in this instance.

Great speaker
The media could not be loaded. This conference speaker is fantastic; the sound is excellent and it's easy to set up. It is very compact but powerful, fitting into most areas and can be easily transported. Aesthetically, it appears to be a very professional office speaker for usage in a meeting room, but it is so adaptable that I use it during team meetings as well as to listen to music via Bluetooth. The package includes a charging cable and a USB dongle.
