The mix is a blend of sorghum, brown rice, millet,corn, teff, amaranth, buckwheat,, quinoa and wild rice. No added processed starches or preservatives. Add yeast (not included) and the mix becomes a moist and filling gluten free bread. Although the instructions call for an egg, it can be made vegan with your favorite egg replacement. Mix is as easy to prepare as cake mix. Fruits such as blueberries and bananas may be added.
