Instead, once the stone has cooled completely, scrape off any baked-on food with a stiff, dry brush or a plastic scraper, and then use a damp cloth to wipe it down. -many people like to use a light dusting of cornmeal on stone to stop base from sticking. -it is best if you heat stone once on its own initially to prepare it for use. Convienent handles
I make homemade pizzas about two times a month. I really like cooking on the stoneware for the perfect pizza. I used a store bought artisan thin crust pizza dough and added lots of veggies. The stone allows for even cooking of the pizza dough. The metal baking rack with handles was nicely convenient for taking in and out of the oven. I highly suggest that if you're going to cook on stoneware, to watch some tips on YouTube to so your pizza doesn't stick to the stone and for properly washing the stone.

Looks great and keeps your pizza sizzling hot!
I am not usually one for reviews, but a friend recommended switching to a stone for my homemade pizza and the improvement was amazing. The stone looked great when serving up the meal and I was pleasantly surprised that the pizza tasted better AND stayed hot! My wife microwaves everything, but it was not necessary with this new addition. Definitely a big recommend for me if looking to up your homemade pizza game.

Gotta Have It
If you eat pizza, you'll love the fact you can reheat slices as needed on this great pizza stone. We heat oven to 400 degrees then add 3-4 slices as we eat to reheat. Perfect for our take-out pizza from local pizzeria.Probably works wonderful heating store bought pizza to get the crust nice and crisp on bottom.Bought a larger one for our outdoor grill for when making homemade pizzas for dinner or parties.

I would like to know the measure of the product including the handles, to know if it enters my oven. Thank you

It gets mold!
I baked the stone before using at 500 degrees as I had one before. Made one pizza, washed with warm water only and left out to dry. Next morning it was covered in green mold. Had to soak it over night in bleach and bake again. Not a good product at all. My recommendation...don't buy!
